RIBBON CUTTING FLYER MAILING INSERT

Include a flyer advertising your upcoming Ribbon Cutting Ceremony in one of our quarterly flyer mailings. This price includes a $100 discount off our usual rate! Design a full page, 8.5”x11” flyer (may be front and back with color!), or have our staff design one for you for free. The flyer must primarily advertise the Ribbon Cutting event. Printing services are available for a small copy charge. The mailing requires 330 copies, stuffed and mailed by Chamber staff.
RIBBON CUTTING NEWSPAPER AD

Chamber staff will design and place an ad size of your choosing in the Black Hills Pioneer and Weekly Prospector! Final sign-off on the ad design is required no later than 1 week prior to publishing. Pricing varies depending on ad size and color preferences.
RIBBON CUTTING ANNOUNCEMENT AD IN E-NEWSLETTER

Place an ad to announce your upcoming Ribbon Cutting Ceremony in our weekly eNewsletter, “The Weekly Scoop” with a $10 discount off our usual rate! Your ad will be displayed prominently at the very top of our eNewsletter in your chosen week. The eNewsletter has over 2,000 subscribers and an excellent open and click rate. Our subscribers are primarily business owners and community members in the Sturgis area.
BOOST RIBBON CUTTING EVENT ON FACEBOOK

For a small $10 fee on top of the ad amount selected (up to $200), we will boost the official Chamber Ribbon Cutting event page for your Ribbon Cutting on Facebook! Your Facebook business page will be added as an event co-host (if applicable) and the ad will run for 1 full week prior to the event date.
FRAMED RIBBON CUTTING PHOTO WITH RIBBON

Display a special photo from your Ribbon Cutting Ceremony at your home or business! Chamber staff will work with a local framing shop to display your photo and a piece of the ribbon as a special keepsake. Pricing dependent on quote received for the framing job, starting at just $40. The Chamber charges a small $10 service fee, included in this price.
CUSTOM BRANDED RIBBON

You can opt for a custom branded ribbon at your Chamber Ribbon Cutting event! The ribbon is high-quality, 3” wide x 6 yard long ribbon. Choose from many color options, and include a repeating logo along the length of the ribbon! Ribbons take 2-3 weeks to produce, so please let us know well in advance of your event if you wish to place an order.
CUSTOM BRANDED BALLOONS
$40
Another great addition to your Chamber Ribbon Cutting event: Custom branded balloons! Make your big day extra-festive with 25 standard size balloons in the color of your choosing (or closest available match) and a single-color logo. If you want 2 balloon colors, please plan to order 50 balloons. We can deliver the balloons to you uninflated, or inflate them for an extra $5 charge per 25 ordered.
CUSTOM 9”x13” SHEET CAKE

What’s a party without cake?! Order a custom, 1/4 size sheet cake (serves approximately 24 people) with a variety of color options and your business name written on top for your Chamber Ribbon Cutting event. Choose to #ShopLocal with a Sturgis cake vendor for $85, or for those on a budget, we can order from our nearest box store (including pickup) for $60.
