Executive Director Amanda Anglin and the SEDC Board of Directors carefully considered the pros and cons of the purchase from economic development and community betterment standpoints. The project falls in line with several similar economic development projects completed across the state. They worked with the City of Sturgis to secure additional funding for the purchase, and already have the new operators ready to hit the ground running with the business management - Max and Karlin Harms.
