Sunday Service | 9am - 10am
Sunday Bible Study | 10:15am

We are a member of WELS, the Wisconsin Evangelical Lutheran Synod.

We believe that there is only one true God (Isaiah 44:6), who has made himself known to us as the Triune (Three in one) God, Father, Son, and Holy Spirit. (Matthew 28:16)

We believe that "All have sinned and fall short of the glory of God" (Romans 3:23) and "The Wages of sin is death." (Romans 6:23) We inherit a sinful condition from our parents (John 3:6)

and are spiritually dead in sin and unable to save ourselves. (Ephesians 2:1)

We believe we are saved by Grace Alone, Through Faith Alone, (Ephesians 2:8,9) which is created through Scripture Alone. (Romans 10:14)

We hold to the authority of the Bible as the inerrant, inspired word of God, and an accurate account of history from the time of Creation. We believe that the various books of the Bible were written in history to a specific audience of their first readers. We therefore reject any interpretations which rely on taking any portion of scripture out of its historical or literary context.

We believe that the body and blood of Jesus are truly present in, with, and under the bread and wine. (1 Corinthians 10:16) This is not a physical transformation of the bread or wine, but a real presence empowered by the words and promise of Christ in its institution. (Matthew 26:6-28)

We hold to all of the Lutheran Confessions found in the Book of Concord: The Apostles Creed, the Nicene Creed, The Athanasian Creed, Luther's Large and Small Catechisms, The Augsburg Confession and its Apology, as well as the Smalcald Articles and the Formula of Concord. We hold to them because they are accurate confessions of the truths contained in scripture.
