Weekly e-Newsletter Listings
Free!
You can send a short event or service description anytime for inclusion in our weekly e-mail newsletter. Our e-newsletter has about 2,000 subscribers (and growing!) and has an excellent open/click rate. Send us an email with a couple of sentences about your next event along with any flyers or other accompanying images you have, and we will include it for free! Information Display at Chamber
Free!
Please send over or drop off your flyers, rack cards, business cards, and other printed promo items anytime. We display these in our newly-renovated Welcome Center! Our displays highlight everything from dining and drinks to local business services, and our staff frequently makes recommendations from these materials. We welcome thousands of visitors each year to speak with our Welcome Center team and browse our display items. Contact Taylor to get started.
NEW: 1-Minute Business "Commercial" Video
Free!
Schedule a visit with our Membership Coordinator, Taylor, to plan out your very own 1-minute business commercial! Taylor will talk you through the process of collecting video footage, which may include snippets of your business, your staff, your products, or even an interview! Commercials will be scheduled on a first-come, first-served basis as Taylor’s schedule allows. We will post the commercial on our social pages, and you may use it as anywhere you wish. We are collecting a list of special deals that members would like to offer to each other! This program will include a list of deals on our website, and a card for each participating member signifying that you are in the deal program. Visitor Pack Mailings
Free!
We include your flyers, business cards, and other materials in our popular mailed Visitor Packs as frequently as possible. Often, a prospective visitor will specifically request places to eat, shop, or stay - this is your opportunity to rise to the top by providing us a stack of your rack cards and other visitor materials! We send out several hundred Visitor Packs annually by request from our website form, emails, and phone calls. Contact Taylor to get started.
Relocation Packets
Free!
Similar to our Visitor Packs, we also mail Relocation Packets to people interested in moving to our community. This is a great advertising opportunity especially for service-industry businesses, community nonprofits, and more! In 2024 we are doubling down on opportunities for members to advertise! Our team has developed a robust portfolio of a la carte options to add to your membership. Contact us to get started! Quarterly Screen Display in Welcome Center
$250-$350 per quarterly displayed image
Our updated Welcome Center will feature the opportunity for business recognition on our new display screens! Choose which quarter(s) to display your ad or logo in full-screen rotation with our tourism content (dimensions will be provided). Your image must be ready and received by the start of your chosen quarter; only one image will be accepted, no updates. Contact Taylor to get started. Choose from:

- $350 - Quarter 3 Peak Tourism Display (July - September 2024)
- $250 - Quarter 4 Display (October - December 2024)

Weekly eNewsletter Ad
$80 per ad, per week
We are now accepting a very limited number of ads in each of our weekly Friday eNewsletters for $80 per ad, per week. Your image must be square and delivered to us by Wednesday the week it runs. We are accepting only FOUR ads per week, to be displayed throughout the first section of the eNewsletter. Your ad may link to a URL of your choosing. First come, first served! Quarterly Flyer Mailing to Membership
$200 per flyer, per quarterly mailing
Your business has the opportunity to mail a flyer to our entire membership (over 300 local addresses) once per quarter starting in 2024! Please be prepared to drop off 325 copies of your flyer no larger than standard letter size (8.5”x11”) the week prior to the quarterly packet mailing of your choice. Contact Taylor to get started. - $200 - Quarter 3 Mailing - Estimated delivery: First week of July 2024
- $200 - Quarter 4 Mailing - Estimated delivery: First week of October 2024

Custom E-mail Blast
$150 per blast
Contact us to schedule a custom e-mail blast featuring your event, announcement, or a general invitation to the community to visit your business!
This is an excellent opportunity to reach our entire local Sturgis and regional Black Hills e-mail subscription base (2,000+ opt-in recipients!). Your custom e-mail blast may feature up to 3 images (including logo), 2 link buttons, and up to three reasonably-sized text blocks with headings. You may also provide a color hex code for branding consistency. All formatting and inclusions will be designed at our discretion. Just provide the basics and we will make it happen!
E-mail blasts should be ordered at least 4 business days prior to your preferred send date. We do not schedule blasts on Fridays, due to our regularly scheduled eNewsletter. We limit to one blast per week first come, first served. Contact Taylor to get started.
Printed Set of Member Mailing Labels
$100 per set
As a member, you have access to printed and ready-to-go mailing labels to our entire business membership at any time. Please request your printed labels no less than 2 business days prior to the date you would like to pick them up from our office. The set will include approximately 300+ current member addresses. Please note that we do not provide lists of contact information in order to prevent repeat spamming. Contact Taylor to get started.
Basic Graphic Design Assistance
$60 base fee per image
Interested in submitting an ad or printing a flyer, but not sure how to design one? Don’t worry! Our team can help. Send us the basic information you need to include and the dimensions of your project, and we will design it for you. * Note: We are not professional graphic designers. Please contact us for recommendations if you need professional design work. *
We charge $60 flat-rate per design including two minor edits (re-wording a title, changing a single color, adding a phone number, etc). After the initial design is sent, there is a $40/hour charge for additional edits. Please allow no less than 4 business days for us to work our magic. Basic Copy Printing
5¢ - 20¢/sheet
Yes, we offer basic print copies! The Chamber has been a quick resource for your basic business printing needs for many decades. Choose regular letter (8.5”x11”) or ledger (11”x17”) in color or black & white. Please provide your documents as PDF to ensure no layout issues. In 2023 we launched our brand new Sturgis community and visitor magazine, "57785"! The new magazine has been incredibly well-received and successful so far, covering everything from local hidden gems and outdoor recreation experiences to local dining and drinks, shopping, and more! Members receive a free listing in the Business Directory in this magazine, but you also have the opportunity to purchase ad space to further showcase your business! Finally, we offer varying levels of event sponsorships to our Chamber Members. These are one of the best forms of advertising because you can meet your target market and make a one-on-one impression.
