About Workplace Disability Network of the Black Hills
Celebrating 10 Years of Empowering Diversity: Workforce Disability Network of the Black Hills
2024 marks a decade of dedicated service for the Workplace Disability Network Black Hills (WDNBH) to foster a more inclusive workplace environment. Founded by visionary leaders and supported by Gov. Dennis Daugaard's forward-thinking vision, WDNBH has promoted diversity in the workforce throughout the Black Hills region.
Our Mission: Empowering All Abilities
WDNBH is a nonprofit organization created to foster the education and connection of businesses, entrepreneurs, and individuals with disabilities. We believe everyone has potential, and with the proper support, people of all abilities can prosper in the workplace. Through our educational programs, events, and resources, we strive to improve the bottom line of South Dakota's workforce.
Our Services: Connecting and Equipping Employers
At WDNBH, we not only connect employers with prospective employees with disabilities but also provide them with the necessary tools and resources to succeed in their hiring efforts. We offer support and guidance to ensure employers and employees thrive in a healthy work environment.
Our Work: Advocacy and Empowerment
WDNBH has always been a strong advocate for diversity and empowerment. With your support, we are transforming how people with disabilities are embraced in the workforce. Our goal is clear: to harness the untapped potential within our community and create opportunities that benefit everyone.
Join us in celebrating 10 years of advocating for and empowering all abilities in the workplace. Together, we can create a more inclusive and equitable future for everyone.
