What a week, Sturgis!
You may not have seen me as much as usual this week (and this newsletter is going out a little late) because I’ve been out of town to attend the SD CEO Women in Leadership Series: Focusing on the Future!
I’ve had the opportunity to learn about project management, budgeting, interacting with different personalities in the workplace, adjusting attitude to achieve better results, and so many other topics. Most importantly, I’ve been making connections with other women in the Black Hills area that have the same goals that I do – to bring the most value possible to our careers, be the best leaders we can be, and spark positive change in our communities.
