With more than 30 years of experience connected to the real estate industry, Doily brings a wealth of knowledge, integrity, and passion to every client he serves. His career has spanned custom home building, insurance and financial sales, real estate investing, and home inspections—providing him with a well-rounded perspective that benefits both buyers and sellers.
Doily is a Licensed Broker Associate with Landmark Realty & Development and a proud member of the National Association of Realtors and the South Dakota Association of Realtors. He is also a South Dakota Certified Home Inspector and the founder of Summit Inspection Services, where he has personally completed more than 600 home inspections. This background allows him to offer clients unique insights into the condition and value of properties, guiding them through the buying and selling process with confidence and clarity.
In addition to his real estate expertise, Doily’s professional experience includes working as a Corporate Learning & Development Trainer and Facilitator, as well as holding sales experience in insurance and financial securities.
Doily is involved in the community through organizations such as Realtors for Kids, Ducks Unlimited and active President of a newly formed Business Networking Group in Sturgis. He also serves as a First-Time Homeowner Presenter and is an active member and Marriage Ministry Group Leader at Countryside Church.
Passionate about the Black Hills, Doily enjoys the region’s beauty and outdoor activities. He and his family can often be found hiking, fishing, camping and exploring the Black Hills.
