The Tattoo Cellar has been part of the Sturgis community for nearly 30 years and is a familiar stop on Main Street, just two doors down from Uncle Louie’s Diner. Owner Richard brings 35 years of experience to the shop, and the 2027 Sturgis Motorcycle Rally will mark his 30th Rally in Sturgis.

The Tattoo Cellar offers tattoos and body piercing year-round, with a variety of artwork and portfolios to look through for inspiration. The shop has a longtime crew with a ton of combined experience, and walk-ins are welcome or appointments can be made ahead of time.

Cleanliness and safety are a big part of the shop, with single-use needles and proper sterilization practices used for services. The Tattoo Cellar is open six days a week throughout most of the year and seven days a week during the Sturgis Motorcycle Rally, with Rally hours running from 10 a.m. to midnight.

Whether you’re stopping in during Rally week or looking for your next tattoo any other time of year, The Tattoo Cellar has been a familiar face on Main Street for generations of Sturgis locals and visitors.
